Both Marple Lodge and Grove Lodge have a simple aim to provide decent quality facilities and the highest possible standards of care. They have both fostered excellent reputations over recent years and have maintained these by continually looking to improve their care and by dedicating themselves to their service users. All rooms aim to provide a homely and welcoming environment.
The management and staff’s dedication, hard work, knowledge, and experience are integral to life at both homes. The quality services they provide ensure that people at both homes fully enjoy their stay and receive the levels of respect and care that they need.

Hairdressing and podiatry services are provided on-site. Both homes have welcoming lounges and Grove Lodge has a newly designed dementia garden area. Both homes have worked closely with dementia care professionals who work and specialise in the field. Each room is maintained to a good standard and includes a call system and a television point.
The standard of cuisine at both homes, which includes varied diets for example diabetic and vegetarian, is excellent. Chefs speak with residents on a regular basis to discuss individual dietary needs, likes, and dislikes. The kitchens at both homes have a five-star food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency.
